Tragedy Strikes Boxing South Africa: CFO Fatally Shot in Pretoria

Kenneth Mamosadi, CFO of Boxing South Africa (BSA), was tragically shot and killed by two assailants outside his Pretoria home on Friday night, according to police. The incident occurred as Mamosadi entered his driveway at 10.45pm, with the attackers fleeing in a white Renault. The motive remains unclear amidst efforts by Sport Minister Zizi Kodwa to stabilize BSA, which has faced significant challenges, including financial woes and governance issues. This comes after the appointment of Mandla Ntlanganiso as acting CEO and accounting authority, following legal disputes that left BSA without a board since December.
