EY and UN Women work towards gender equality in management

Ernst & Young recently declared that the U.N. Women’s Global Innovation for Change will be partnering with the firm to promote gender equality at all levels of management.

The aim is to ensure that women play a key role as both developers and consumers of technology and innovation. If women are accepted in more spaces, businesses may receive a fresh perspective which could accelerate processes which the men in that environment may not have noticed.

EY developed the programme with U.N Women to assist businesses in pinpointing areas where change is needed to achieve these principles.
