CIPC Appoints QRS for Corporate Governance Survey

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) has appointed QRS as a service provider to conduct a stakeholder survey to assess the current state of compliance and understanding the effects of recent corporate governance reforms within the South African business sector.

Purpose of the Survey

The aim of this survey is to understand how recent corporate governance reforms are impacting businesses and practitioners. It will identify challenges, assess implementation, and gather feedback to help improve regulations. The survey will be conducted using electronic, telephonic or other channels that are most suitable to the customers.

Shape the future

The survey results will be summarised in the report and used by the CIPC to make informed decisions regarding future regulatory adjustments and promote a balanced and effective corporate governance framework.

Be on the lookout for communication from QRS and help to create a governance framework that works for everyone!
