Disparity of Registration numbers and incorporation dates

Registrations where the applications were submitted in 2024 may have a a 2024 registration number and a 2025 incorporation date. This is due to system automation. CIPC clarifies that the registration number reflects the year the application was received, while the incorporation date indicates the actual registration date.
