New Phishing Scam Alert - Letter of Demand

New SARS phishing scam is circulating via email falsely claiming that SARS has issued a Letter of Demand and warns of an imminent court summons and blacklisting. Clicking on the provided link leads victims to a fake SARS website designed to steal personal information.

How to Stay Safe from Scams

🚨 Do NOT open or respond to emails from unknown sources.
🚨 Ignore emails and SMSs asking for personal, tax, or banking details.
🚨 SARS will never send links directing you to external websites.
🚨 Verify all SARS communications on the official Scams and Phishing webpage.
