Automation of Filing Status Reports, Substantial Implementations, and Terminations
From 1 September 2024 the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) implemented the automated filing of Business rescue status report (COR125.1), Notice of termination of business rescue proceedings (COR125.2), and the Notice of Substantial Implementation of a Business Rescue Plan (COR125.3). These filings must now be processed exclusively through the New E-services portal.
NOTE: Accountants and stakeholders are reminded that the previous method of submitting these filings via email will no longer be accepted.
