CIPC is Automating Annual Return De-registrations

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) has announced that they are implementing an enhanced automation process in the Annual Return Deregistration Process. This means that businesses will be subject to final deregistration within a minimum of 40 business days after being referred for deregistration due to non-compliance.

It is important to ensure that annual returns are filed promptly and that all contact details are kept diligently up-to-date.
