New Rules: Close Corporation Transfer of Member’s Interest
From 12 August 2024, you must submit new documentation for the transfer of a member’s interest in Close Corporations (CCs). Ensure your CK2 submissions include:
Proof of Transfer of Member’s Interest (with place, date, and witness signature).
