I excelled in accounting during school and that sparked my interest in pursuing it as a career.

I began as a clerk and worked my way up through dedication and continuous learning, never giving up and always believing in myself.
What is your role within your company’s finance department?
Financial reporting and treasury accounting.
How do you contribute to the overall financial strategy of the business?
I prepare our department's reports, which are included in the company's FD report.
What is one of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in your role? How did you overcome it?
Staying up to date with changes is an ongoing challenge, as they continue to evolve.
What tools or strategies do you use to manage the financial operations of the company effectively?
Focus, precision, and effective time management.
Share your strategies for staying balanced, especially during busy periods.
Stay grounded by keeping your goals in sight.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time gardening and nurturing plants.

Primarily providing support in overcoming daily challenges.

It requires a significant amount of time, demands accuracy, and calls for consistent motivation.
