Income Tax Notices 2025

SARS published the following income tax notices:

• determination of the daily amount in respect of meals and incidental costs for purposes of section 8(1)(c)(ii) (Notice on overnight allowance)

• determination of the daily amount in respect of meals and incidental costs for purposes of section 8(1)(a)(ii) (Notice on daily allowance) and

• fixing the rate per kilometre in respect of motor vehicles used by a receipient as an allowance as per section 8(1)(b)(ii) and (iii) (Notice on rate per kilometer on motor vehicles).
