Disruption in PPRA Agent’s Portal Requires Immediate Action for Property Practitioners

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) has announced a significant disruption to its agent’s portal. Due to complications from a recent IT migration, the portal for submitting applications and queries is currently non-functional. This affects all estate agents and attorney employees who typically use this service.

What you need to know

  • Affected Services: Portal for submission of applications and queries.

  • Use Alternative Contact Details: Estate agents and attorney employees should now submit their queries and applications to registrations@theppra.org.za. For practitioners in other property-related industries, use manualregistrations@theppra.org.za.

  • Resubmit your applications submitted online post-July 31, 2024, must be resubmitted to the appropriate email address as mentioned above.

The online agent’s portal will remain closed until further notice.

For more information, practitioners are advised to visit the PPRA website or directly contact the provided email addresses. This disruption could impact various property transactions and requires immediate attention from all practitioners in the field.
