PPRA System Unavailable

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) issued notice regarding their IT system that is currently undergoing development, affecting several key services.

As a result, they are temporarily unable to:

  • Process employment changes and

  • Issue Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFCs) for 2025.

The PPRA IT team is working to resolve the situation, with a projected completion time of 7 working days to have the system back online early November. Applications are still being processed, but delays in issuing FFCs are expected.

For more information, please read on the PPRA website.
